1. Conditions

• Unused, original packaging, all accessories included

• Proof of purchase required

• Non-returnable: gift cards, custom/personalized items, hygiene-sensitive products opened, clearance final sale

2. Faulty/Damaged

Report within 48h with evidence. We will replace, repair, or refund.

3. Process

Email harmonixx.shop@gmail.com with order number. We’ll provide return instructions.

4. Costs

• Faulty: we cover shipping

• Change of mind: customer pays shipping

5. Refunds

Processed within 14 business days after approval.
